Working under the supervision of a qualified Cummins Technician, you will learn everything that comes with the diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines and products.

Job Description
We are looking for a talented **Supervisor - Field Service** to join our team specialising in heavy vehicle equipment repairs and maintenance for our **Auckland** branch. This key appointment is responsible for coordinating all off-site based activities whilst providing direction to a team of dedicated field service technicians.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Efficiently manage the day to day running of field service work,
+ Plan, schedule and allocate all field service repair events for Auckland branch,
+ Lead, mentor, and coach field service technicians - remotely supervise repairs and sign off on Technicians work - track and measure technician productivity and performance,
+ Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers,
+ Provide technical support to the staff.
+ Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OH&S requirements.
+ Conduct Job Safety Observations and daily review of technician's JSA's
+ Conduct quality checks
+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives
+ Maintain a high level of housekeeping, workflow, and traffic management in the site.
+ Provide remote support to technicians and customers across the Pacific Islands, including coordinating tooling, equipment, and maintaining communication with offshore technicians.
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Proven supervisory/leadership experience with a strong technical background - ideally within heavy diesel
+ Significant experience in a workshop environment with Strong leadership and people management skills
+ Heavy Vehicle qualification and mining exposure - highly desirable
+ Motivated towards developing a high performing and professional team and their commitment to safety and providing exceptional customer service
**Compensation and Benefits**
Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program. Discounts with selected PC software/hardware and a range of vehicles. Annual remuneration reviews. Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms provided and a range of personal and professional benefits.
