As a **_Senior Project Manager,_** responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned projects. This requires preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).
This role is primarily for BMS Projects but may be required to deliver other projects as required by the Business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule and budget
+ Produce and maintain appropriate project management documentation
+ Take charge of project plan including communication, reports, implementation and programme block plan, schedule, control book and meeting agendas
+ Present overall status of the programme to clients in a monthly basis
+ Provide regular and accurate estimate of completion costs for individual projects
+ Implement risk management programs and be proactive in risk mitigation strategies on regular basis
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Tertiary qualifications Program or Project Management (highly desirable)
+ Experience in PMBOK methodology, preferable with PMP certification pr Prince 2 (highly desirable)
+ Experience in BMS is highly advantageous
+ Senior Projects Management experience with minimum of 5 years managing large scale projects in BMS, electronic security, Fire or ICT industry
+ Managing mission/business critical projects will be an advantage
+ Manage key interdependencies between own projects and other external factors and escalate issues early
+ Project management experience including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning

As a **_Field Service Engineer_** , your role is to provide exceptional technical support and to service customer sites with a focus on the following trade disciplines (but not limited to) Automation and Controls, HVAC, BMS to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime.
The candidate will be based in Christchurch and will be expected to travel to sites outside of Dunedin at times (Queenstown, Dunedin and Invercargill) when required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Service, maintenance and commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
+ Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in various controls systems across HVAC, BMS
+ Delivery of Service Projects; including design, documentation, procurement, programming and commissioning.
+ Navigate and interrogate Control System Interfaces
+ Estimates materials costs and quantities
+ Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ A Trade Certificate in a related field is essential.
+ Electrical certification is an advantage
+ At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in BMS, HVAC are required
+ Experience in Building Automation DDC controls or PLC controls
+ Niagara experience is an advantage
+ Must hold a valid driver's licence and ability to travel when required to the sites mentioned above
+ Intermediate computer skills
+ Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
+ Good communication skills both verbal and written
+ Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
+ The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
+ A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment

As a **_Field Service Engineer,_** the Service Engineer is responsible for the successful high-quality delivery of their assigned projects and service work. This requires preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project and service delivery directly. They are responsible for servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional delivery and support. Delivery of reactive and planned works, along with upgrades or replacements on live operational sites are key aspects of the job scope.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ To keep abreast and maintenance of sites and customer needs by continued development of customer relationships
+ Providing technical support to peers, which may include other technical representatives, Account Managers, Engineers etc.
+ Identifying sales and service opportunities
+ To keep technical knowledge current - may require additional activities, such as self-learning on technical products
+ Keep customer fully informed of possible system enhancements and upgrade paths
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ A degree or considerable experience in an Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, and Mechatronic or similar Engineering field or trade
+ Minimum 3 years relevant experience in BMS/HVAC with Niagara systems or Security
+ A comprehensive understanding of BMS systems or Security with control theory, plant operation, tuning and fault-finding including diagnostics
+ Electronic security will also be highly regarded
+ Strong customer relation skills with commitment to customer satisfaction
+ Ability to communicate complex issues with clarity, both in written and verbally
+ Ability to work under pressure and capacity to deliver against multiple objectives
+ Collaborative attitude with a customer focused mind set
+ Ability to identify technical solutions to customer business needs
+ Ability to travel to support other teams in central and lower North Island
