As a **_Senior Project Manager,_** responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned projects. This requires preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).
This role is primarily for BMS Projects but may be required to deliver other projects as required by the Business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule and budget
+ Produce and maintain appropriate project management documentation
+ Take charge of project plan including communication, reports, implementation and programme block plan, schedule, control book and meeting agendas
+ Present overall status of the programme to clients in a monthly basis
+ Provide regular and accurate estimate of completion costs for individual projects
+ Implement risk management programs and be proactive in risk mitigation strategies on regular basis
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Tertiary qualifications Program or Project Management (highly desirable)
+ Experience in PMBOK methodology, preferable with PMP certification pr Prince 2 (highly desirable)
+ Experience in BMS is highly advantageous
+ Senior Projects Management experience with minimum of 5 years managing large scale projects in BMS, electronic security, Fire or ICT industry
+ Managing mission/business critical projects will be an advantage
+ Manage key interdependencies between own projects and other external factors and escalate issues early
+ Project management experience including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning

As a **_Field Service Engineer_** , your role is to provide exceptional technical support and to service customer sites with a focus on the following trade disciplines (but not limited to) Automation and Controls, HVAC, BMS to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Service, maintenance and commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
+ Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in various controls systems across HVAC, BMS
+ Delivery of Service Projects; including design, documentation, procurement, programming and commissioning.
+ Navigate and interrogate Control System Interfaces
+ Estimates materials costs and quantities
+ Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ A Trade Certificate in a related field is essential.
+ Electrical certification is an advantage
+ At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in BMS, HVAC are required
+ Experience in Building Automation DDC controls or PLC controls
+ Niagara experience is an advantage
+ Must hold a valid driver's licence and ability to travel when required to the sites mentioned above
+ Intermediate computer skills
+ Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
+ Good communication skills both verbal and written
+ Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
+ The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
+ A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
