Key Responsibilities:
Manage new business, renewals, and policy amendments
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare policy documentation, renewal letters, and formal correspondence
Respond to client enquiries and provide tailored insurance solutions
Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams
Support new business and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years' experience in Commercial Broking or Broker Support
Level 5 Certification (or working towards it)
Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and markets
Excellent communication and client service skills
High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
