This exciting full-time position based in our Wellington branch (located in Johnsonville) is available to a customer service focused individual who has come from a background in the automotive industry. As this is a diverse role we are dedicated to finding the right candidate who would enjoy a dual role, that would allow them to learn the ropes of motor and property assessment.
**Desired skills and qualities for this role include:**
+ Experience and/or qualification in one of the following industries - panel beating/automotive
+ Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills
+ IT competency
+ A willingness to be flexible for the business
**Main duties and responsibilities:**
+ Management of variety of insurance claims
+ Liaising with customers who have suffered a loss and need support through the claim process
+ Analysing cause of losses
+ Liaising with key stakeholders, including insurers, insureds, and contractors and other suppliers
+ Agreeing repair scopes and costs
+ Agreeing quantum of claims
+ Delivering claim outcomes

**Job Description**
Due to continued growth in the energy sector, we are expanding our Transmission & Distribution team and are seeking an additional project manager to join our Wellington office.
**How you'll make a difference:**
+ Checking and approving secondary design and protection settings
+ Reviewing and providing input into bids and pursuits; actively participating in business and strategic planning activities to identify opportunities to continue the growth of the business in the short, medium and longer-term.
+ Leading the delivery of projects and the development of leading-edge technical skills and their practical application, in ways that add value to AECOM and our clients.
+ Mentoring team members in their development, facilitating opportunities that build competency, and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate.
+ Undertaking design management roles for multidisciplinary projects; ensuring integrated design through effective communication and coordination with other disciplines.
**Qualifications**

+ Degree qualified in electrical or power systems engineering (or equivalent).
+ Minimum of 15 years' HV substation design experience including IEC61850 configuration.

+ Proven client relationship management and business development skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
