**Qualifications**

+ Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar.
+ 15+ years of relevant civil aviation experience.
+ Chartered or professional member of relevant professional body.
+ Commitment to training and mentoring junior team members to develop the team capability.
+ Ability to balance the delivery of exceptional work with a proactive approach to winning work from prospects and existing clients.
