You’ll own paid search campaigns, improve local SEO, and publish optimized content that generates qualified leads. A. Primary FunctionsPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple brands.
Conduct keyword research and competitor tracking.
Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles.
Format, publish, and optimize blog content.
Support email campaigns and apply ongoing SEO/SEM best practices.
B. Systems OwnershipGoogle Ads
GA4 + Google Data Studio
Google Business Profiles
WordPress (RankMath/Yoast)
C. Measurable DeliverablesMonthly campaign reports (CTR, Quality Scores, conversions, ROI).
Improved GBP rankings and engagement.
2–3 optimized blog posts published per month.
Email campaigns executed with measurable engagement lift.
D. Support Task DelegationRoutine reporting automation.
Data cleanup or formatting support.

Develop predictive models to optimize SEO efforts and increase relevant organic sessions to job search;
Formulate hypotheses to improve model accuracy and conduct rigorous testing to validate hypotheses;
Gather and analyze data from various sources to train and refine predictive models;
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including engineering teams, to guide decision-making and drive implementation;
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate predictive models into production environments and monitor performance;
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.
Must haves
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on SEO or digital marketing preferred;
Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive models to drive business outcomes;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
Statistical modeling, particularly regression;
Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation;
Experience with SQL and data wrangling large datasets with Snowflake or similar;
Familiarity with data tools; ideally Snowpark, otherwise Redshift, Databricks, etc;
Good English and communication skills.
