Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Construction Project Manager located in Christchurch. The Residential Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction projects, which includes managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Key tasks include overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and communicating with stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and suppliers. The role requires effective problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience in residential construction project management
Proficiency in BuilderTrend (or a willingness to learn quickly)
Trade qualified builder or similar background (LBP preferred)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and a team-first mindset
A commitment to delivering a high-quality product and client experience
