- However some previous managerial or supervisory experience in New Zealand is preferred.
- A strong customer-first mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a customer service team.

· Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearance.
· Repair damaged sheet metal products and components as necessary, ensuring that they meet the required specifications.
· Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
· Ensure that efficiency is maximized while fabricating and manufacturing HVAC products.
· Package finished products within bulk or packaged containers.
· Able to operate pallet jack.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and attend training sessions as necessary to enhance skills and knowledge.
· Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to the following production team and shift supervisors.
· Ensure that all work is done in compliance with relevant safety regulations and guidelines, and take appropriate safety precautions to minimize the risk of injury or harm.
