Experienced Roofer with Leadership Ability (No Weekends) We're on the lookout for a seasoned roofer with cladding experience who brings more than just skill, they've got a calm head, strong communication, and the kind of presence that keeps a job flowing smoothly. You won't be managing people on paper, but your experience will naturally put you in a position where others follow your lead.
The Role:
- Hands-on roofing and cladding work using hand and power tools
- Help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Communicate well with your crew and worksite leads
- Take initiative and step up when things need momentum
- Be confident working at heights and following all safety processes
- Tidy, efficient, and not afraid of hard work
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience (long run, cladding, or similar)
- Strong safety mindset and familiarity with site protocols
- Comfortable giving direction and setting the pace
- Physically fit and good under pressure
- Good communicator with a steady, team-focused attitude
- Full class 1 license preferred
- A solid understanding of safety processes
- 7:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Pay based on experience
- Solid forward workload and strong team backing
