  • Proven ability to manage the production flow from mixing to baking.

ROLE 2:  FOOD TRADES ASSISTANT - 3 postions available pay rate from $26 - 30 an hour depending on experience. This is primarily in our distribution team.   Duties:

  • Packing of products in order in to boxes and crates accurately according to invoices
  • Slicing and labelling bread
  • Operate machinery in accordance with safety standards
  • Keeping the workstation clean and tidy.
  • Cleaning of equipment, work benches and floors, deep cleaning as required
  • Strictly follow our hygiene regulations and understand HACCAP in accordance with the European Bakery Food Plan and Food Safety act
