About you:
You will come with extensive experience in all aspects of the application of industrial coatings and be competent in tasks such as water blasting, abrasive blasting and other methods for preparing surfaces, mixing product and applying coatings. You will take pride in producing quality work, be professional, reliable, punctual, respectful and be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
For this role you will have:

- Minimum 3 years experience
- Good communication skills with the ability to present information to clients.
- Demonstrate organisational, coordination and leadership skills.
- Proven experience working productively unsupervised while managing a small team.
