We're looking for a Senior Reconciliation Analyst who can combine strong technical expertise with leadership to drive accuracy, reduce discrepancies, and support continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll oversee reconciliation activities, provide deep analysis and insights, and work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers. Just as importantly, you'll help build capability by mentoring analysts and guiding cross-functional projects.
This role is known internally as a Senior Financial Reconciliation Analyst - however this is not a finance role. Please note this is a one year, fixed term opportunity.
What you'll be doing - Ensure reconciliation processes and data are accurate and reliable
- Provide analysis and solutions to reduce discrepancies and improve reporting
- Support system and process improvements to meet company and industry needs
- Mentor analysts and share knowledge across the team
- Experience in a similar role
- Advanced analytical ability and confidence using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
- Commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Experience using GTV or Data Bricks is preferred
