We live by our REAL values – Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude, Leadership – and we demonstrate these through the good work we do, every day, as one team.**Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family**Join Fulton Hogan Northland as a **Contracts Administrator** and play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our Road Maintenance Contracts for Whangārei District Council (WDC).You’ll be at the heart of our maintenance contract management team. You’ll drive administration, reporting, and performance tracking to support contract delivery—making sure quality, safety, and efficiency are always front and centre. Your work will support real outcomes for our business, clients, and community.**In a***ddition to the above you will:*** Provide customer-focused support to the maintenance team around documentation, recordkeeping and reporting.* Maintain and improve contract information management systems and databases.* Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance, helping to track and report incidents, injuries, and improvement initiatives.* Support monthly claims, daily job records, weekly and monthly reports, and accurate invoicing.* Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination, including creating cyclic work and inspection programmes.* Help manage accounts payable/receivable, credit control, purchase orders, and general office duties.* Track Key Performance Measures (KPM), audit and support operational and HSEQ deliverables, and promote continuous improvement.* Liaise with stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers and client representatives) to uphold excellent partnerships and public relations.**We’re looking for someone with:*** Minimum 3 years’ administration experience—ideally within maintenance, civil, or construction contexts.* Solid working knowledge of RAMM (claim, dispatch, inspection, asset finance functions particularly valuable).* Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and data entry skills.* Understanding of finance/accounts payable/receivable (preferred).* Current Class 1 driver’s licence.* High standards of personal conduct, time management, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset.* Alignment with our REAL Fulton Hogan values: Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude, Leadership.**Good Work equals Good Benefits*** KiwiSaver employer contributions* Fuel discount card* Parental leave top-up payment with additional return to work support* Family scholarships* Ongoing training and development, career growth and progression opportunities* Great discounts at a wide range of retailers* Medical insurance* Life insuranceAt Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us. **Creating, Connecting and caring for the community**Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
