- Shifts are in rotations of 8 hours on / 8 hours off + great meals cooked by our experienced cooks + internet access to stay in touch with family and friends and shared cabin life

Deckhands - learn to operate and maintain deck and fishing gear, handle and stow the catch, repair damaged nets, maintain on deck equipment, work on bridge watch duties and support factory processing operations as needed.
Factory hands -with a fully operational processing factory on board, develop your competence with knife skills, operate conveyer processing lines, weigh and pack products.

What the role is about?
As a Crew Member at Re Burger, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional
customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
eting customers warmly and taking orders accurately
reparing and assembling food items to Re Burger’s quality standards
rating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
aintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the store
andling cash and EFTPOS transactions
estocking supplies and assisting with inventory
upporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

As a key player in the success of each event, you'll collaborate with clients, venue staff, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, outstanding service, and show-stopping results.
**What You'll Bring**
+ Proven experience in **audio, lighting, and video system setups** for live events
+ Strong technical expertise in: **Barco PDS and S3 switching systems,** **Yamaha QL and CL audio consoles,** **GrandMA lighting control systems** (programming experience highly regarded)
+ Hybrid & Virtual event delivery experience
+ Camera operation skills (desirable)
+ Familiarity with scenic setups: drapes, stage skirts, truss borders
+ Ability to lead crews and mentor junior technicians
+ Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
+ High attention to detail, and calm under pressure
+ A polished, professional presentation with a customer-first mindset
