What you will do
Develop predictive models to optimize SEO efforts and increase relevant organic sessions to job search;
Formulate hypotheses to improve model accuracy and conduct rigorous testing to validate hypotheses;
Gather and analyze data from various sources to train and refine predictive models;
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including engineering teams, to guide decision-making and drive implementation;
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate predictive models into production environments and monitor performance;
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.
Must haves
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on SEO or digital marketing preferred;
Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive models to drive business outcomes;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
Statistical modeling, particularly regression;
Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation;
Experience with SQL and data wrangling large datasets with Snowflake or similar;
Familiarity with data tools; ideally Snowpark, otherwise Redshift, Databricks, etc;
Good English and communication skills.

The main goal of this role is to ensure that procurement data is accurate, reliable, and consistent across systems, enabling better decision-making, process optimization, and overall efficiency in the supply chain.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in ERP systems, data governance, and procurement analytics. Key Responsibilities:1. Master Data Management
Create, update, and maintain supplier, material, and purchasing condition master data.
Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Guarantee correct integration of procurement data across ERP and purchasing systems.
2. Analysis and Optimization
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
Generate reports on spend, contracts, compliance, and supplier performance.

3. Strategic Procurement Support

You have 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power BI and SQL. You are expert in strategic management.
