Pay Rate: $30-40 per hour
Guaranteed hours of work per week: 35 hours.

Due to our consistent fast expansion, we are now looking for a reliable and hardworking Credit & Risk Strategy Consultant to join us.
About the Role:
This is a key role, you will be responsible for analysing payment data, designing credit control frameworks, and advising businesses on payment-related risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse merchant payment trends to detect credit and operational risks.
- Develop risk assessment models for merchants and payment gateway users.
- Provide consulting on credit policy development, AML/CFT, and compliance.
- Recommend strategies to reduce chargebacks and payment failures.
- Collaborate with legal and technical teams to improve risk governance.
- Support internal system development for risk alerts, transaction monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Deliver reports and insights to support executive decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Law, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in credit control/risk management/fintech consulting/law consulting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce payment systems and platforms.
- High-level analytical, strategic thinking, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with NZ finance regulations and credit practices.
- Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin (preferred).
