About the Role
This is a permanent,full-time role working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), based on-site atMitre 10 MEGA New Lynn.
As an Inwards GoodsTeam Member, you’ll be a key part of the engine room that keeps our storemoving. From the moment stock arrives, you’ll help ensure it’s accuratelyreceipted, securely stored, and transferred efficiently to the floor—keepingour shelves full and our customers happy. You’ll also help manage dispatch,claims, and seasonal/promotional inventory.
This is a skilled role with plenty of variety—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and has a knack for organization and logistics know-how
What You’ll Bring
Proven knowledge of inwards/outwards goods, dispatch, or logistics
Physical fitness and the ability to be onyour feet throughout the day
A full, clean driver’s license (essential)
Forklift experience is ideal—but if you’relicensed to drive, we can train you!
Strong multitasking skills and adaptability
You’ll live in the West of Auckland—close to New Lynn and ready to roll
• Manage receivingand correct storage of incoming goods
• Organise space for seasonal stock fluctuations
• Accurately process promotional and regular stock
• Coordinate smooth outbound dispatch of goods (internal transfers)
• Initiate and follow up on claims per company procedures
• Transfer stock efficiently from warehouse to floor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee all inventory operations at our Rolleston facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, improving inventory processes, ensuring compliance with food safety and traceability requirements, and working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
- Lead regular cycle counts and full stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures, systems, and reporting.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound stock movement.
- Manage customer inventory records and ensure alignment with physical stock levels.
- Maintain traceability and compliance with health & safety and food safety standards (e.g., MPI).
- Use WMS and other digital tools to generate inventory reports and provide data insights to management.
- Train and support staff in inventory processes and best practices.
- Liaise with customers on inventory-related matters, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory or warehouse management, ideally in a cold storage or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Understanding of food safety standards and traceability requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Forklift license (F endorsement and OSH) is advantageous.
