**Your day to day**
Memorable dining experiences are created through the right ambiance, sounds, aromas, and, most importantly, excellent service. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you'll be essential in making these moments special. You'll welcome guests, recommend food and drinks, and ensure smooth and consistent service. By tailoring each guest's experience to their preferences, you'll help create lasting memories that are as unforgettable as the meals.
In this role, you may work across various hotel outlets, including breakfast service, fine dining at GPO, The Lobby Lounge, Conference & Events, In-Room Dining, Two Grey and the Club Lounge.
**What we need from you**

+ Have flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
+ Prior waiting experience in a fast-paced cafe/bar/restaurant environment

**What will I be doing?**
We are looking for a Hospitality Professional - Food & Beverage Attendant. As a Hospitality Professional, you will be a specialist in the Food & Beverage department. You will also be a generalist in all entry-level front of house and back of house roles.
In your new role you will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a team on a rotating roster, in a fast-paced environment.
Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Provide a-la-carte and/or buffet style service in line with the Hilton Brand Service Standards
+ Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner
+ Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
+ Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
+ Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
+ Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
+ Set up for an outlet or event space in accordance to required operations

Skills/Qualifications:

- Familiar with wine styles and grape varieties and other beverage items
- Current LCQ or GM certification
