Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers before painting.

  • Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and consistency.

  • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

  • Protect surrounding areas with masking tape, drop cloths, and other protective materials.

  • Repair cracks, holes, or other imperfections in walls and surfaces before painting.

  • Follow safety guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.

  • Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
