We are on the lookout for an experienced and inspiring centre manager to lead our team at Silverstream Early Learning Centre by Busy Bees.
This beautiful centre is licenced for 51 Tamariki and has 2 age appropriate rooms which lead out to their own outdoor areas.
As a centre manager you will lead with heart and purpose – supporting and guiding a team of passionate teachers. As well as being responsible for creating solid community relationships, compliance management, mentoring and driving exceptional standards of teaching.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop, coach and lead a team to deliver exceptional learning opportunities
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki
- Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
- A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels.
