This 12-month full-time fixed term contract position will provide marketing support to the General Manager and Marketing Managers. You will work closely with the GM to drive and implement strategic initiatives including the development of a process to monitor 'must wins'. You will also provide support to Marketing Managers as required to lead key marketing initiatives, as well as supporting the creation and management of marketing assets including both internal and customer facing communications. This will be a fast-paced and varied role requiring strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and efficiently support several team members. You will be proactive, showing initiative and be confident in a role that requires close liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.
**About You**
+ Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree qualifications in Marketing, Business, Health Science or related disciplines. Medical Device experience will be advantageous but not essential
+ Desire to develop a marketing career, with strong administrative, planning and organisational abilities
+ Strong project management and prioritisation skills, along with a high attention to detail
+ Collaborative team player, who is results and solutions focused
+ Proactive and flexible, with excellent communication skills

Job Description
Are you and experienced project coordinator looking for an excellent opportunity located in Penrose (Hybrid). Working within the health sector you will be assisting a busy project manager and team.
Starting asap this role is full time hours and will keep you busy for the next 6-8 weeks (possibly longer)
Duties include:
- Assisting with confirming meetings, setting agenda’s and taking minutes and reporting/governance
- Keep project files and documentation up to date
- Document management - including ensuring documents are safely and correctly stored
- Assisting with administration of sub-projects
- Liaising with internal and external staff as required
- Assisting with business case preparation
- Other adhoc duties
To be considered you will have
- Strong administration experience and flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
- Experience working in project coordination roles - for large/complex organisations an advantage
- Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems as required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines as required.
