Job Title: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager -Healthcare
This national project management firm has an outstanding reputation across the construction industry delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sectors. Due to being successful in winning a major piece of healthcare infrastructure new build and upgrade work, they are now looking for an experienced consultancy project manager with ideal experience in healthcare or industrial projects
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams and taking on the role of project responsibility.
- Contributing to the leadership and development of the team.
- Client Management of projects, relationship management
- Accountability for projects performance
As a project manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy/client-side background. You have 6+ years of NZ based experience with involvement on projects across ideally healthcare, but other similar sectors will be considered. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.
Salary $140K - $180 Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.

Job Description
Are you and experienced project coordinator looking for an excellent opportunity located in Penrose (Hybrid). Working within the health sector you will be assisting a busy project manager and team.
Starting asap this role is full time hours and will keep you busy for the next 6-8 weeks (possibly longer)
Duties include:
- Assisting with confirming meetings, setting agenda’s and taking minutes and reporting/governance
- Keep project files and documentation up to date
- Document management - including ensuring documents are safely and correctly stored
- Assisting with administration of sub-projects
- Liaising with internal and external staff as required
- Assisting with business case preparation
- Other adhoc duties
To be considered you will have
- Strong administration experience and flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
- Experience working in project coordination roles - for large/complex organisations an advantage
- Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems as required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines as required.
