Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Collaborating with chefs to develop menus

The key duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Working with the Head and Sous Chefs to plan and cost out the menu
- Curating the wine list for the establishment
- Innovating and progressing the service aspect of The Chef’s Table experience and
contributing to the evolution of the entire project - Managing inventory and working with suppliers, adhering to the budget
- Making sure all financial records are properly kept
- Organising special events
- Ensuring all health and safety compliance
- Managing the accommodation part of the business

The person we are looking for will have:
- experience in a Michelin or equivalent hospitality venue - we would say comparable, but we don't think there is any such thing!

- being sufficiently self-contained to survive long-term in a remote location
- a deep understanding of wines to match our menu
- LCQ and Manager's certificate
