About the Role Due to an internal transfer we have an opportunity to join our lower North Island sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and represent CRV’s range of genetic products and services.
- Collaborate with dairy farmers to develop and implement customised breeding plans.
- Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure customers meet their herd improvement goals.
Location: The sales territory for this role is Wairarapa, Tararua, Hawkes Bay region, so ideally the successful candidate would be located in a central position to service these areas.

You’ll bring hands-on dairy farming experience and a deep understanding of the NZ dairy sector, including seasonal cycles and on-farm decision-making. While experience in animal breeding or genetics is advantageous, it’s not essential — a curious mindset and eagerness to learn are key.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Strong self-management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Confidence in communicating the value of CRV’s solutions to farmers.
- A collaborative approach to relationship-building across teams and with customers.
- Proficiency in digital tools and attention to administrative detail.
- A successful track record in rural sales is highly desirable.
