Role Description
We are looking to add cover for Maternity Leave to our fabulous team. This position may well turn into a Permanent Position. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic physiotherapist who can contribute to improving the health, well-being and quality of life of our patients. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical ailments. Daily tasks include creating personalized treatment plans, conducting physiotherapy sessions, educating patients about preventative care, exercise, and documention of patient sessions. The role involves regular interactions with patients and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Experience in Physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing rehabilitation programs
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry advancements
- Pilates experience valued but not a necessity
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration and APC with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
- Appropriate Visa to work in New Zealand
