**A day in the Life:**
- Ensure outstanding service delivery of factory Supply Chain at minimum cost-to-serve.
- Manage and develop factory supply chain teams.
- Ensure achievable production scheduling and minimize production costs.
- Coordinate material management planning for timely and cost-effective availability of raw and packaging materials.
- Oversee warehousing operations and accurate inventory management.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Monitor and manage safety, health, environment, quality, and CARE regulations.
- Collaborate with peer factory Supply Chain managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop careers, succession plans, and provide coaching for supply chain personnel.
- Communicate downstream needs to instil customer service orientation within the plant's organisation
**What will make you successful:**
- Supervisory experience in manufacturing, industrial performance, demand & supply planning, warehousing, inbound material management, or production planning.
- Beneficial to have experience in LEAN, 6 Sigma, or 5S processes, finance, transports, or procurement operations.
- Advantageous to have experience in managing projects such as High-Performance Logistics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including non-financial professionals. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve financial goals
