Job Description
We are a construction company. Now we need to recruit 4 Construction Labors for projects across the northern area, the work including formwork, interior/exterior jobs, etc.
Job Title: Construction Labor
Job Location: Auckland
Number of people needed: 4
Days Required: Needs to be available from Monday to Saturday, between 7:30am to 6:30pm
May need to be available on public holiday
Hourly Rate: $24-$28.00
Hours per Week Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 30 hours. Up to 50 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General assistance to different types of work:
Carpentry work in:
- Helping building wooden or part wooden items that form part of buildings (such as windows and stairs) both internal and external
- Helping building additional associated wooden items, such as furniture
General work in:
- Digging holes, and trench
- Removing rubbish from construction
2. Be able to assist with storage, lifting, fetching supplies, unloading, and checking deliveries
3. Be able to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
4. Report health and safety-related problems/failures
5. Any other reasonable tasks required by the leader.
Requirements for the applicants:
1. At least 6 months of relevant experience is required.
2. You will need to attend the on-site interview
3. On-job training will be provided where necessary
4. Regular and reliable attendance
5. You must be physically fit to the work
6. Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
7. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those relating to hygiene, respect for other team members, timekeeping, and flexibility

Stream Construction Limited is an Auckland based construction company, due to business need, they are looking for a construction site supervisor to join their team.
The position is a full time permanent position with guaranteed 30 hours per week.
The main job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate workers and subcontractors , assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

Inspect work quality and materials to maintain high standards.

Manage site logistics , including delivery schedules and equipment usage.

Resolve on-site issues , such as delays, disputes, or unexpected challenges.

Maintain documentation , including safety reports, progress logs, and incident records.

Communicate with stakeholders , including project managers, architects, and client
To be sucessfull, you will need to
- Diploma or above qualification
- minimum 2 years working experience could substitute the qualification requirement
- Team management skill
