- Ensure that structural and geotechnical designs meet performance standards, including resistance to collapse, deflection, and vibration.
- Support site-based problem solving and technical decision-making during excavation, piling, and earthwork stages.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of foundation and civil components.

About the role
Reporting to the New Zealand Manager - Grape and Wine Sourcing, this role provides grower relations support, it will also involve general technical support for the NZ Company Vineyards as required, including P&D monitoring.
+ Yield Forecasting, ground truthing grower yield estimates to ensure accurate reporting.
+ Working with the Viticulture Manager to identify viticultural challenges, needs and opportunities within the NZ grower network.
+ Well planned regular vineyard inspections to help monitor grower performance. Oversee health of vineyards & that all contractual specifications are met i.e. P&D, irrigation, quality parameters.
+ Working with growers to achieve specifications such as quality targets to meet end use requirements.
+ Conduct and record field inspections with winemakers for final grading and harvest decisions
+ Coordinate P&D Monitoring and reporting for company vineyard.
+ Provide analytical / technical support including yield estimates.
About you
With tertiary qualification in viticulture or agri-business management or proven vineyard operations experience you will have well rounded communication and leaderships skills.
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
+ Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
