- You must be available to work according to a roster, including weekends.
- Our business operates 7 days a week, from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Main Responsibilities:
• Take care of daily food preparation and duties to meet the standard and quality
• Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met
• Ensure production preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
• Preparing and cooking food; seasoning food during cooking; portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes;
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements;
