**Your Role**
As the Assistant Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team. You will also be responsible for supporting staff recruitment and development and site financial management. Duties include but not limited to;
+ Deliver the required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
+ Assist in providing appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales team
+ Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on the marketing strategies
+ Follow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practices
+ Actively participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employees
+ Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
+ Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers; support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible
**Experience and Skills: To thrive in this role, you'll need:**
You will have previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales background with experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume sales team. You will have successful proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing the deal. Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching and performance management accompanied with effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.

As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running the day to day operation of the kitchen, planning and designing menus that are in line with financial goals and is appealing to all guests, providing Food and Beverages in a timely and professional manner **.**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation as outlined in the HACCP principles and the local guidelines for catering establishments.
+ Prepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, commonly accepted in the catering industry.
+ Display eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills.
+ Strive to minimize food wastage.
+ Provide an exceptional Guest experience
+ Put forth your input on menus, rosters and any other issues that involves the team
+ Audits Kitchen stock & grocery lines daily & order stock as required

**What You'll Bring**
To be successful in this role, you will be:
+ Relevant trade qualifications or three (3) years of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) is desirable but not esstential
+ Fluency in English (written and verbal)
+ Previous Food & Beverage experience in a Hotel/Resort environment
+ A desire to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
+ An adaptive mindset and vision to deliver a quality product
+ The ability to work a flexible roster, inclusive of nights, weekends and public holidays

As the Groundsperson you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to owners and guests while performing duties such as cleaning, gardening and general care of landscape, nursery and growth of plants at our beautiful Wanaka property.
Other tasks include:
+ Room maintenance tasks including checks and repairs
+ Maintaining all resort equipment in working order
+ Pruning trees, shrubs and hedges
+ Mowing and cutting grass and lawns
+ Looking after plants, flowers and garden areas
+ Managing irrigation system as well as a range of other grounds maintenance tasks
