Job Description:

We are looking for 2(two) Commerical Cleaner to join our team on a full time postion. If you have an interest to make the society clean and hygienic, this could be the job for you. 
The positions are in Auckland in auckland region, However, from time to time, you may be required to travel to the location of work and may be required to stay there overnight for company related work 
This is a permanent full-time position working minimum hours of 30 per week. You may be required to work extra hours as required. You may be required to work from Monday to Saturday and maybe roasted from for the morning or afternoon as required. The applicant has relevant expereince or skills will be preferred. 
You will be hired at a competitive wage rate of $25 to $32 per hour. 
Day to Day duties may include but are not limited to: 

•    Perform a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency.
•    Build and maintain client relationships
•    Ensure that residential and commercial spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
•    Expertly use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals as needed.
•    Demonstrate unwavering attention to detail to achieve impeccable results.
•    Communicate effectively with clients to address their unique cleaning requirements.
•    Vaccume carpets, curtuain and upholstered furniture
•    Clean and remove dust from furniture and other materials, wals, ceiling, toilets and pipes
•    Strip wax from floor and polish it

•    May need to use waterblaster
•    Adhere unwaveringly to safety protocols and guidelines.
•    Report any issue at the site or with client to the manager without delay
•    Any other duty assigned related to job

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a professional Cleaner is preferred but not necessary or a willingness to be trained to a professional standard

•    No qualification required
•    Appropriate training will be provided to right candidates
•    Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
•    Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
•    Physical stamina and the capability to handle cleaning equipment safely.
•    A positive attitude and an unyielding work ethic.
•    Preferred to have Class 1 driving license or equallent if overseas

We are looking for 2 Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Canterbury Region in New Zealand.

Job tasks and Responsibilities:

Cleaning job descriptions depend upon the site to site's specifications. Employee will receive each site's specification stated the requirement by the client. Some general descriptions are below:

• Dusting ceilings, countertops, polishing furniture, fixtures, and light fittings.

• Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt.

• Vacuuming Carpets

• Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.

• Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment.

• Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.

• Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol.

• Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our client properties such as offices

• Recreation and sports centres and Schools etc.

• Cleans floors, rooms, cabins including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming,dusting, burnishing, spot cleaning, glass cleaning, window cleaning etc.

Driving Licence Requirement:

Hours and Position:-

These are full time permanent positions with minimum 30 hours + per week.

• Removing lint, dust, soot, oil, grease, sludge and other residues from machines, hulls and holds of ships, and interiors and exteriors of furnaces, boilers and tanks
• May clean exteriors of buildings by sand-blasting and applying solvents  

We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes:

•           Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays as per the client requirement.
•           Knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques and equipment preferred
•           1 year experience as a cleaner or similar role / and or relevant qualifications
•           Positive attitude, building rapport with team and client, and ability to thrive under pressure.
•           Excellent communication skills and handling work professionally.
•           Great presentation and Personal Hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, always following the dress code and safety requirements.
