We are looking for a permanent cook working in our kitchen of E-force internet cafe, you will work at a minimum of 30 hours and maximum 50 hours per week scheduled across any day from Monday to Sunday depending on kitchen needs. Work patterns will vary and may change at short notice. Due to the nature of the business, employees will be required to work on most weekends and public holidays as part of normal duties.

Wage: $25.00-$33.70 hourly rate
Skills, qualifications, and experience:

Duties and responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook food on E- force Internet Café menu to satisfactory standards;
· Order food supplies, ensure foodstuffs to the quality standards.
· Food preparation including portioning, seasoning, adding gravies, sauces and garnishes.
· Prepare food to meet guest special dietary requirements;
· Monitor the quality of dishes, has nice flavour and presentation;
· May work with manager for menu planning and estimate food requirements
· Responsible storing food in temperature and meet regulation requirements;
· Supervise and training other kitchen staff to required standard
· Keep the working area clean and tidy, ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered

Responsibilities and Duties:
