Our Company is an Electrical Services Company. We are currently looking for 2 hardworking Electrical Assistants, who are willing to working in a challenging environment with the skills required.
We require the following: -
Must be ready to travel and have full Driver’s License with relevant driving endorsements/ be able to obtain one.
Must be able to meet the Immigration New Zealand requirements to obtain a New Zealand visa if required.
At least 3 months experience in New Zealand is mandatory.
A related qualification is preferable but not mandatory.
Our ideal candidates will have
Heavy lifting could be a part of the job.
Applicant must be physically fit in order to be recruited for this role.
A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.
Flexible with working hours and should be able to work over the weekends

- Assist in using electrical and electronic test instruments used to the diagnose faults
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to your work
- Assist in repairing and replacing the faulty wiring and defective parts
- Assisting and installing electrical switchboards
- Must be able to work as per health and safety standards
- Assisting in connecting electrical systems to power supply
- Assist in installing, testing and adjusting electric parts

We are currently recruiting for qualified (Level 4) tradespeople with an Electrical / Electrician background who may have worked in the aviation, mechanical engineering, automotive, or similar sector for permanent full-time positions in our Repair team. + After your first induction training you will go through a comprehensive hands-on training in the Electrical Harness section; while working closely with your Lead Hand completing any needed inspection, repair, testing, trouble shooting and overhaul of harnesses work.
+ Using our computer system (SAP & Solumina) to document and record your work.
+ Ensuring that your work meets all aviation regulations, standards and comply with all relevant tech data.
+ Ensuring that your work performed is in guidelines with regarding health and safety requirements.

About the Role: We’re after a mechanically/electrically minded technician (EST or EAS preferred) to service and maintain premium spa pools. We are looking for someone who is already qualified to repair appliances, and the rest we can train you up in. You will need the right attitude, proven practical and technical experience, a clean licence, and great people skills.
Our service staff are qualified Electricians and Service Technicians. We are an authorised warranty centre for HotSpring Spa Brands and also service Tiger River, HotSpot, Solana, Highlife, Highlife NXT, Caldera, and FreeFlow. Other spa brands can be serviced as long as parts are readily available.
What You’ll Do:
- Service, deliver, install, and maintain spa pools.
- Repair electrical systems – electrical, plumbing and mechanical.
- Perform spa valet services: water balancing, cleaning, refills & repairs
- Troubleshoot faults in pumps, heaters, jets, and control systems
- Drive your fully kitted company HiAce to onsite jobs
- Support customers with technical advice and ongoing care
- Already qualified to repair appliances
- Electrical Service Technician (EST/EAS) certification
- Mechanical or electro-technical aptitude
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, self-driven, and organised
- Physically fit and able to lift and move spa pools
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- Forklift License would be great, but training provided
