+ Engage confidently with executive stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and influence solution direction.
+ Lead discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges and align solutions through compelling demonstrations.- Integrate assistive and agentic AI capabilities into solution design, including automation, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows that support and act on behalf of users.
+ Serve as a technical and domain expert supporting product sales across assigned territories.
+ Answer product and technical questions from customers, partners, and internal teams.
+ Collaborate with strategic customers to identify high-value AI opportunities and deliver proposed solutions.
+ Provide feedback to Product Management on enhancements that address customer needs and unlock additional value.
+ Create reusable AI assets-prompts, scaffolds, and libraries-to accelerate future engagements.
+ Share best practices and reusable assets with peers to elevate team performance.
+ Stay current on competitive analysis, market differentiation, and emerging AI technologies.
+ Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
+ Demonstrate sensitivity to the unique needs of government customers, including compliance, security, and procurement processes.
**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
+ 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
+ Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud software solutions.
+ Experience working collaboratively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
+ Strong territory management skills and ability to guide execution excellence.
+ Demonstrated experience integrating AI into work processes, including:
+ Using assistive AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
+ Designing agentic AI workflows that act autonomously within defined parameters
+ Automating complex tasks and analyzing AI-driven insights
+ Exploring AI's impact on enterprise functions and customer outcomes
+ Familiarity with LLM frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration pipelines is plus.
+ Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
+ Experience working with government customers or in regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

· Experience leading senior client relationships
· Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
· Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience leading proposal development and scoping of new opportunities
· Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm
· Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
· Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
· Ability to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
