The RoleWe’re looking for a client-facing Business Consultant who can translate business problems into actionable AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work end‑to‑end—from discovery and process mapping to solution design, delivery oversight, and value realisation—partnering closely with product, data, and engineering.
What you’ll do-
Lead discovery workshops to understand client goals, customer journeys, and operational pain points

Map “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes; quantify baseline metrics and success criteria (SLAs, AHT, CSAT, cost-to-serve)

Shape AI-enabled roadmaps (e.g., virtual agents, agent assist, ticket routing, task automation, analytics)

Write clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage delivery with agile practices

Build pragmatic business cases and ROI models; present recommendations to executive stakeholders

Pilot and iterate solutions; measure outcomes and drive adoption/change management

Prepare client proposals and Statements of Work; support presales and account growth

Stay current on regulations, data privacy, and model governance best practices

3–6 years in management consulting, digital transformation, or SaaS/AI solution delivery

Strong process analysis and requirements gathering skills; ability to simplify complex problems

Experience with customer operations (CX/contact centre, service, sales ops) or back‑office automation

Comfortable working with data and metrics (dashboards, KPIs, basic analysis)

Excellent communication: workshop facilitation, executive storytelling, crisp documentation

Hands‑on with modern tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Notion, Miro, Power BI/Tableau)
