**Qualifications**

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Civil Engineer to join our development team. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) that is critical to the success of our platform. The successful applicant will work from our head office located in Auckland but will also be required to work from time to time at our project sites which are primarily in the Auckland region but could possibly be in any region of New Zealand.

+ Provides status reports throughout a service
+ Diagnose problems - based on the information provided in assigned call as well as working with the customer to determine all issues at the site
+ Responsible for ownership of customer issues until resolution according to SLA agreements
**Develops and applies knowledge of:**
+ Security procedures
+ Service level agreement requirements
+ Escalation procedures
+ Tools and processes for completing machine repairs
+ Organize and plan time effectively
+ Complete NCR specific Certification based on business/district needs and assigned LOBs as prescribed by manager
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Formal vocational or technical certification
+ Associate's Degree preferred
+ CompTIA, A+/N+ Certification preferred
+ New Zealand driver's license
+ Ability to work in shifts
+ Experience Required: 0-1 years of related experience
+ New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship required for this position.
+ Preferably living within the South Auckland area

Our Auckland Transport team is looking for a Structural Engineer to work on a range of major and medium-sized infrastructure projects such as Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Riverlink) and Inland Rail.

+ Minimum 3 years of professional bridge and civil structures design experience office experience in New Zealand, with 2+ years of professional structural design experience and a relevant tertiary qualification.
+ Capability in New Zealand earthquake design, with design experience suited to New Zealand geotechnical conditions.
+ Well versed in local design practices, codes, and compliance specific to New Zealand infrastructure projects, specifically experience designing in accordance with the NZTA Bridge Manual, New Zealand Standards,
+ Familiar with using MIDAS Civil, and proficient user of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
