We are looking for a Field Operations Manager for meeting daily operations of our business in Bay of Plenty area. Successful candidate should be capable to keep up with a physically demanding role. Must have ability to work rostered as per the work demand between Monday to Sunday between 7am to 5pm (Winter) and 7am to 7pm (Summer), minimum of 30 hours to maximum 45 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

·    Responsible for handling of all the field operations.

Developing human resources plans to ensure the flow of supply and demand.

·    Providing strong leadership, mentoring and support to a large and diverse team.

·    Manage and train orchard staff/supervisor’s, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

·    Focus on customer satisfaction through delivering effective management skills.

·    Maintain client contracts and ability to negotiate before all client contracts to be finalized.

·    Oversee the daily operations of the orchards, ensuring optimal growth

·    Monitoring performance metrics, identifying efficiency improvements, and implementing solutions

Ensuring all wok complies with all current/relevant government legislation, policy, and procedures.

·    Oversight of compliance and Health and Safety.

·    Take growers/business clients feedback and maintain a feedback register and ensure to improve quality of work and quality of fruit.

·    Handle employees’ complaints in an ethical manner.

·    Ensure compliance of health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

·    To be successful you must have at least 2 years of Industry work experience or at least level 5 diploma or higher qualification (Subject area flexible)

Operations Manager – Restaurants
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across two dynamic venues: a Modern Asian restaurant and a Mediterranean Wine Bar, both located in Mount Victoria, Wellington. This hands-on role focuses on leading teams, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring exceptional food and beverage service. You’ll work closely with owners and chefs to deliver seamless operations, uphold high standards, and create memorable dining experiences while fostering a culture of excellence.

  Key Responsibilities:

The Underground Mining Fleet Manager will oversee the planning, deployment, operation, and maintenance of mobile equipment fleets across multiple underground mining operations in Latin America. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise in underground mining equipment, proven experience managing multi-site operations, and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural, regulatory, and operational environments. The Fleet Manager will ensure fleet reliability, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and alignment with corporate production goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement regional fleet strategies to optimize equipment availability, utilization, and lifecycle performance.

Standardize maintenance programs, operating procedures, and asset management practices across multiple sites.

Coordinate fleet allocation and deployment to support production targets.

Provide technical and managerial oversight of underground mobile equipment operations (e.g., LHDs, trucks, drills, jumbos, utility vehicles).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fleet performance, safety, and cost control.

Ensure consistent application of OEM guidelines and best practices across all sites.

Develop and manage fleet budgets, capital expenditure plans, and cost forecasting.

Monitor KPIs (availability, reliability, cost per tonne, maintenance backlog) and report to senior leadership.

Lead, mentor, and develop site-based maintenance and operations teams.

Build strong relationships with local site managers, contractors, and OEM suppliers.

Promote cross-site knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Champion a strong safety culture across all sites, emphasizing preventive maintenance and safe operating practices.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of progressive experience in underground mining fleet management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record managing fleets across multiple underground mining sites in Latin America.Strong knowledge of underground mining methods, mobile equipment, and maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, reliability-centered).Demonstrated success in fleet optimization, cost control, and lifecycle asset management.Experience working in cross-cultural environments and fluency in Spanish and English required (Portuguese an asset).Willingness to travel frequently across sites within Latin America.
