A role has become available for an experienced Drainage Foreman to join their team and make the role their own.

Role requirements:

• Previously managed a drainage crew, either in a Foreman position or as a 2IC and looking to take the next step. 
• Experienced laying Gravity mains, 3 Waters
• Read and interpret plans, liaising with clients and Project Managers on site. 
• WTR - experienced operating excavators, working around shields and deep drainage (5 / 6m deep)
• Class 4 - (beneficial) 
• Physically fit, ready to get stuck in, ability to work to timeframes.

Compliance & Administration

1. Ensure immigration compliance for all field staff on temporary visas.
2. Receive daily duty rosters, timesheets, and work plans from the Business/Office Manager; distribute them to team leaders, and submit completed timesheets for payroll and invoicing.
3. Promote and enforce workplace health & safety practices in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Workforce & Team Leadership

1. Coordinate with team leaders to determine labour requirements and allocate staff efficiently across orchard blocks and sites.
2. Supervise team leaders (one or multiple teams) and manage labour activities across horticultural worksites, including apple, stone fruit, grape, and squash operations.
3. Support teams with horticultural work when supervisory tasks are not required.

Orchard Operations & Production

1. Ensure that team leaders and their teams are equipped to deliver seasonal orchard operations, including planting, thinning, pruning, and harvesting.
2. Monitor crop performance and provide input to management on irrigation, fertilisation, and pest control.
3. Maintain accurate records of crop yields, harvest volumes, and production costs.
4. Liaise with contractors, labour, and management to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

Monitoring & Reporting

1. Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff output, attendance, and performance.
2. Report to management on compliance, health and safety adherence, and other matters as directed.

Logistics & Staff Support

1. Coordinate with office management to arrange field staff transport, accommodation, and other logistical needs.

Skills & Experience Required

• Clean New Zealand driver’s license (or ability to obtain one on arrival) and willingness to travel across multiple orchard sites.
• Qualification at NZQA Level 6 or above (preferred, but not essential).
• Previous experience in supervisory, team-leading, or coordination roles in agriculture, horticulture, hospitality, retail, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to seasonal orchard demands.

Pipeman Expert Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Site Supervisor to oversee plumbing works across our residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensure compliance with New Zealand building regulations and health & safety standards, and lead plumbing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities ：

Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities on multiple project sites.

Interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure plumbing installations meet the NZ Building Code and relevant standards.

Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide on-site leadership to plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors.
