Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with strong Salesforce skills to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, thrives on problem-solving, and can independently drive projects from idea to delivery.

You’ll work on diverse initiatives, from enhancing Salesforce with custom code and integrations, to maintaining web platforms, developing internal tools, and creating AI-powered automations. You’ll also collaborate with external development teams to ensure technical alignment across systems.

We value adaptability, proactive thinking, and developers who embrace modern AI coding tools to accelerate and improve their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Salesforce administrator and developer: configure workflows, write Apex code, manage integrations, and ensure Salesforce remains the company’s single source of truth.

Translate business requirements into functional, scalable technical solutions across the stack.

Maintain and improve company web properties, including PHP-based systems and WordPress.

Build internal tools and process improvements (automation scripts, data cleanup utilities, dashboards, and reporting solutions).

Solve ad hoc technical challenges across departments with end-to-end ownership.

Coordinate with external development partners to ensure cross-system compatibility and alignment.

Take ownership of your projects—gather requirements, plan, develop, and deliver.

Apply critical thinking when balancing speed, scalability, and usability.

Use AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development and testing.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.

Key Requirements:

Hands-on Salesforce expertise (Apex, Flows, integrations, and data management) is mandatory.

Solid coding experience in at least two of the following: Python, PHP, TypeScript (Node.js/React) .

Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.

Ability to connect business needs with practical technical solutions (not just coding to spec).

Demonstrated ability to manage development work from start to finish with minimal oversight.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap between 6 AM – 2 PM PST.

Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced teams with high autonomy.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional frameworks or languages (React, Angular, Django, Laravel, etc.).

Background in SaaS or AI-driven product environments.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment automation.
