**About the Role**
As a Graduate Engineer within our highly successful Transmission & Distribution team, you will be involved in both the primary and secondary design of substation projects throughout Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You'll be working in a supportive, experienced team with a wide range of high-calibre clients on the preparation of substation electrical drawings and studies such as grounding, lightning protection, and power systems analysis. Each day will provide new opportunities and challenges.
**Qualifications**
+ **Bachelor's Degree:** You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Interest in power / power papers preferable.

As a graduate project engineer, you'll be mentored by industry experts while gaining hands-on experience in the design and delivery of transmission line projects. You'll be involved in:
+ Supporting the concept and detailed design of transmission lines using industry-standard tools such as PLS-CADD.
+ Assisting with structural assessments and designs of towers and poles using Excel, PLS-TOWER, and PLS-POLE.
+ Learning to design various foundation types, including grillage, direct-embed, and pile foundations.
+ Contributing to design reports and project documentation.
+ Participating in site visits and inspections to see your designs come to life.
**Qualifications**
+ **Bachelor's Degree:** A recently completed or soon-to-be completed degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
+ **Graduate Year:** You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
