We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive Hotel Porter to join our front-of-house team and be the welcoming face of our hotel.

Working shifts on a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays.

Previous experience not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services
  • Assist with deliveries and ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain tidy
  • Provide support to all departments as needed
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful manner at all times
About You:
  • A positive and approachable attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift luggage safely
  • Well-presented with a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
