We are seeking a technically skilled and client-focused **Principal Asset Management Consultant** to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven asset management solutions across a range of complex projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, contributing to client relationship management, and supporting business development initiatives.
**Key aspects of the role**
+ Developing and implementing asset management strategies, frameworks, and tools across the water asset lifecycle
+ Applying structured methodologies such as business case development, needs and criticality assessments, service risk analysis, CAPEX/OPEX prioritisation, and asset maturity assessments to support water utility decision-making.
+ Preparing and delivering strategic asset management plans (SAMPs), lifecycle models, operational strategies, and investment programs, aligned with regulatory requirements, service level expectations, and financial constraints.
+ Conduct independent analysis and reviews of water utility processes, identifying opportunities for performance improvement, cost efficiency, and innovation.
+ Lead multidisciplinary project teams as Technical Lead, ensuring delivery of robust, defensible outcomes with strong technical governance and quality assurance.
+ Developing project methodologies, delivery plans, and resource schedules, and oversee technical verification of deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
+ Supporting capability development by mentoring junior team members
+ Maintaining expertise in global asset management frameworks, including ISO 55000 and water-specific good practice (e.g., IIMM), and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing forums.
+ Engaging with water sector clients to define project scopes, manage expectations, and negotiate variations in scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining strong relationships.
+ Supporting business development in the water sector by identifying new project opportunities, contributing to proposals.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, co-ordinating and completing the day to day operation of the Maintenance department.
You will be required to maintain a high standard with all areas of unit repairs, external property and resort common area maintenance in line with Body Corporate budgets and requirements as outlined in the caretaker agreement.

**MAINTENANCE SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE LEAD - PERMANENT FULL-TIME**
**(AUCKLAND AIRPORT, NEW ZEALAND)**
Currently we have an opportunity for a qualified Maintenance Services Representative Lead (permanent full-time) to be based in our Auckland office. This is a rotating shiftwork position (including weekends), with average work hours of 40 hours per week, averaged over a year.
**The role:**
Supervises line station personnel and operations as assigned at the Line Stations. Line station operations are the performance of aircraft level maintenance & logistics but may include other duties as assigned.
Carry out all line maintenance activities and systems troubleshooting using basic computer and electronic theories as well as test equipment in accordance with regulations, policies and approved procedures.
Remove and replace components and equipment in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures.
Complete all administrative duties associated with maintenance actions performed.
Line Maintenance responsibilities may vary by location subject to contractual obligations.
**Aircraft Maintenance and Support:**
+ Lead team, perform and certify line maintenance, including IFE, in an efficient and effective manner during transit checks in accordance with contractual obligations or Panasonic Line Maintenance Procedures (LMP) and report the findings in an efficient and effective manner.
+ Maintenance tasks include component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests and certification but are not limited to:
+ Troubleshoot aircraft systems to identify necessary repairs to restore full functionality, which may require the removal and replacement of defective line replaceable units (LRU)
+ Remove and replace LRUs in accordance with all approved applicable reference documentation.
+ Perform Cabin Sweep's in accordance with contractual obligations or Panasonic LMP's (Line Maintenance Procedures) and report findings.
+ Perform Built-in Test (BIT) and manual testing.
+ Assist with Software and Media Loading.
+ Clean components and equipment racks in accordance with contractual obligations.
+ Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
+ Perform defect rectification on airframe, engine and systems in accordance with contractual obligations.
+ Ensure timely escalation and coordination with the Supervisor or Manager of any problem occurring in the assigned aircraft area.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
+ May be required to work on other aircraft equipment as trained and authorised.
+ Communicate and interface with the customer.
+ Certify for all work completed under a company issued or airline issued authority in accordance with governing regulations.
+ Coordinate between customer and Panasonic Avionics Corporation (PAC) divisions to monitor system performance against contractual level.
+ Actively promote the PAC Safety Management System (SMS) culture.
+ Perform and maintain high quality standards to ensure Panasonic and Airline Quality Assurance (QA) processes are followed.
**Administrative/Documentation:**
+ Accurate completion of Panasonic and airline required maintenance documentation, including electronic data entry and/or paper based systems within a timely manner to meet QA standards.
+ Lead station operations, optimising resources utilisation and expense.
+ Produce the shift roster to meet contractual obligations and operational requirements.
+ Ensures staff comply with PAC and customer procedures.
+ Ensure resources, including tools and test equipment, are available to maintain customer contractual obligations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Execute and monitor inventory, cycle counting, packaging and shipping of inventory.
+ Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and tool care.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Management.
**Knowledge / Skill Requirements:**
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to understand wiring diagrams and other technical documentation
+ Ability to follow standard practices and procedures in analysing situations and data from which answers can be obtained to rectify defects and restore system functionality.
+ Essential Aircraft maintenance experience includes but is not limited to:
+ Ability to determine if a LRU requires replacement.
+ Ability to determine if a unit is bad from stock or requires further troubleshooting.
+ Ability to use basic troubleshooting equipment and associated techniques.
+ Ability to carry out aircraft refueling, oil uplift, brake and wheel changes.

+ Minimum 5 years Aircraft maintenance experience including 3 years of exercising certification privilege.
+ IFE or related aircraft type experience is an advantage
+ 12 months experience on Panasonic IFEC or relevant aircraft systems.
+ Secondary/Technical School degree.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Must have the legal right to work in assigned country through nationality, visa or work permits.
+ Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
+ May require both international and domestic travel, up to 25% of time, to other line station locations to provide relief from time to time as required.
+ Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to meet the requirements of the airport authority for access and vehicle operation on their premises.
+ Ability to work a rotating shift roster that spans 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Join GE Vernova's dedicated team as a Main Component Exchange (MCE) Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in executing Main Component Exchange and Uptower Repair tasks on wind turbines across Australia. This position offers flexibility in location and involves working closely with the MCE Lead and other team members to ensure safe and effective operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with small, hands-on teams to execute MCE and Uptower Repair work on-site.
+ Carry out major crane operations, coordinating efforts with GE teams, local employees, contractors, and crane vendors.
+ Inspect major components for damage and verify compatibility with turbine specifications.
+ Validate inventory, tooling, parts, and other necessary items for MCE operations.
+ Interpret GE manuals, specifications, and bulletins to complete assigned tasks.
+ Document all aspects of MCE and Uptower Repair execution.
+ Collect data to compile reports on completed work.
+ Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including JSA, LOTO, and EHS standards.
+ Report errors, incidents, or violations immediately through GE reporting systems.
+ Collaborate with Engineering and Management to resolve technical issues and provide necessary information.
+ Make conformance decisions post-inspection and report findings to the MCE Lead.
+ Participate in a roster that may require weekend and night shifts.
+ Perform high voltage switching operations as per site requirements.
+ Follow EHS policies, report incidents, and cooperate with audits and investigations.
+ Complete all required EHS training.
**Skills & Experience:**
+ Qualified Electrician with an Australian electrical license and strong mechanical aptitude, or Mechanical Tradesperson with electrical aptitude.
+ Proficient in fault finding with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment.
+ Experience in wind farm operations, maintenance, installation, and heavy lift component exchange.
+ Intermediate computer skills.
+ Eligibility to work in Australia (Permanent Resident, Australian Citizen, or New Zealand Citizen).
+ Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as part of the roster.

+ Positive attitude and capability to perform physically demanding tasks at heights.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills in dynamic environments.
+ Effective problem-solving abilities with innovative solution implementation.

**Job Description Summary**
Your core focus will be to provide on-site support on software and hardware, carry out remediation, depot and field repairs, preventative maintenance, performance verification and electrical safety testing of company related electro-medical equipment. There will be requirement to work at customer sites for extended periods of time.
This is a **12-month fixed term contract** role based at our depot in **Mt Wellington, Auckland** .
**Responsibilities:**
+ Software upgrade remediation, Hardware replacements and Testing equipment.
+ Servicing customers' instruments onsite or at the depot as required whilst ensuring product repair turnaround goals are achieved.
+ Responsible for documenting all work (accurate and up to date) carried out in relation to remediation, repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, performance, and electrical safety testing in accordance with company guidelines.
+ Participation in training courses on specialised topics, locally or overseas as required.
+ Ensuring relevant skills and knowledge are maintained to accomplish acceptable performance.
+ Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the latest AS/NZS Standards relating to electro-medical equipment.
+ Responsible for setting and agreeing individual personal objectives with your manager and actively participating in the performance appraisal of those objectives.
+ As a BD representative, exhibit professionalism always.
+ Maintain company confidentially in all dealings with customers and product knowledge.
+ Ensure safe work practices are always followed to assure the health and safety of oneself or other persons in the company.
+ Adhere to organization and department policies, quality procedures and protocols.
+ Document all work (accurate and up to date) carried out in relation to repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, performance, and electrical safety testing.
+ Maintain records in accordance with company guidelines.
+ Set and agree on individual personal objectives with your manager and actively participate in the performance appraisal of those objectives.
**Travel and work outside business operational hours**
+ Working hours may vary at times due to customer demands and onsite requirements (after-hours and weekend).
+ Available to work travel and work interstate as requested on short notice
**Skills and Experience:**
+ Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting, interpersonal skills, as well as time management.
+ Ability to understand information accurately and to thus focus/ prioritise the team as appropriate.
+ Ability to positively contribute to a team environment, supporting others as well as working independently even under pressure.
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels, internally and externally.
+ Well organised, process oriented and diligent with an eye for detail and quality.
+ Flexible and adaptable with capability and willingness to embrace change.
+ Previous medical device repairs experience desirable.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Current unrestricted driver's license and a own motor vehicle advantageous.
**Relevant qualifications**
+ Electronics/ Computing / Engineering certificate/diploma or degree preferred.
+ Understanding of computers and assigned software.
+ Salesforce or ServiceMax experience advantageous
+ Electrical Appliance Serviceperson registration required. (Minimum EAS)
