Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Concept and Design Development
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements, objectives, and
project scope. - Develop architectural concepts and design proposals that integrate functional,
structural, and aesthetic considerations.
2. Project Documentation
- Prepare sketches, detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to support
project delivery. - Produce design documentation packages including tender, construction, and “as-
built” drawings.
3. Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure
technical compliance and design integrity. - Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
4. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Control
- Interpret building codes, regulations, and technical standards.
- Ensure all designs and construction processes adhere to safety, legal, and
environmental requirements.
5. Site Supervision and Technical Support
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
6. Visualization and Technical Tools
- Produce models, 3D renderings, and BIM documentation to support design
communication. - Maintain proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, with professional registration/licensing
preferred. - Strong design portfolio and ability to lead concept development.
- Strong proficiency in CAD, Revit, BIM, and other architectural design software.
- Good understanding of construction methods, building codes, and compliance
standards. - Strong design portfolio with experience in both concept and technical design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Liaise with clients and management to ascertain the detail of client project including functional aspects, visual look, budget & delivery requirements
2. Create superior functional design plans using design software, according to the client's requirements
3. Develop and present high quality designs and work with sales team to provide cost estimations to the client for approval
4. Complete all design details required for kitchen manufacture, including but not limited to appliances, sinks, handles, joinery colour, bench top details
5. Liaise with management, cabinet making team and external parties to ensure our clients receive excellence in both service & the end product.
Requirements :
· Have a level 4 diploma in interior/art design or related field or equivalent qualification, OR have 3 years’ relevant experience
· Portfolio of design work.
· Project management experience.
· Experience with computational design.
· Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
