What You’ll Be Doing

Communicate clearly and professionally (on the phone, in person and via email) with blue-chip clients; as well as a large number of both internal and external stakeholders nationwide.

Log, document, and manage incoming maintenance and minor works requests.

Assess job requirements and manage scope, budgets, timelines, and associated risks.

Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
-
Engage with key stakeholders, including local councils and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to obtain TMP approvals when required.
-
Coordinate site-specific inductions with malls or retail outlets.
-
Prepare quotes and invoices; maintain accurate client records and project databases.
-
Track job progress, provide updates and reports, and resolve issues proactively.

Manage diary scheduling, monitor costs, and ensure timely project close-out.
What You Bring
-
3+ years’ experience in facilities coordination or a similar fast-paced, deadline-driven role.
-
Preferred backgrounds: coordination experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building compliance & safety services, construction, or retail shop fitting.
-
Strong understanding of construction or trade-related commercial projects.
-
Highly organised with excellent coordination and time management skills.
-
Confident communicator (written and verbal), comfortable on the phone and in meetings.
-
Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and representing the business in client meetings.
-
Strong financial acumen — experienced in quoting, invoicing, and cost tracking .
-
Sound understanding of health & safety practices , with a proactive approach to site and worker safety.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; quick to pick up new systems.

Excellent knowledge of New Zealand geography.
-
Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
Additional Information
Some after-hours availability may be required (Mon–Fri, with phone and laptop provided), plus very occasional weekend on-call support.
A full NZ driver’s license and your own car are required for client site visits (mileage reimbursed).

**MAINTENANCE SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE LEAD - PERMANENT FULL-TIME**

Currently we have an opportunity for a qualified Maintenance Services Representative Lead (permanent full-time) to be based in our Auckland office. This is a rotating shiftwork position (including weekends), with average work hours of 40 hours per week, averaged over a year.
**The role:**
Supervises line station personnel and operations as assigned at the Line Stations. Line station operations are the performance of aircraft level maintenance & logistics but may include other duties as assigned.
Carry out all line maintenance activities and systems troubleshooting using basic computer and electronic theories as well as test equipment in accordance with regulations, policies and approved procedures.
Remove and replace components and equipment in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures.
Complete all administrative duties associated with maintenance actions performed.
Line Maintenance responsibilities may vary by location subject to contractual obligations.
**Aircraft Maintenance and Support:**
+ Lead team, perform and certify line maintenance, including IFE, in an efficient and effective manner during transit checks in accordance with contractual obligations or Panasonic Line Maintenance Procedures (LMP) and report the findings in an efficient and effective manner.
+ Maintenance tasks include component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests and certification but are not limited to:
+ Troubleshoot aircraft systems to identify necessary repairs to restore full functionality, which may require the removal and replacement of defective line replaceable units (LRU)
+ Remove and replace LRUs in accordance with all approved applicable reference documentation.
+ Perform Cabin Sweep's in accordance with contractual obligations or Panasonic LMP's (Line Maintenance Procedures) and report findings.
+ Perform Built-in Test (BIT) and manual testing.
+ Assist with Software and Media Loading.
+ Clean components and equipment racks in accordance with contractual obligations.
+ Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
+ Perform defect rectification on airframe, engine and systems in accordance with contractual obligations.
+ Ensure timely escalation and coordination with the Supervisor or Manager of any problem occurring in the assigned aircraft area.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
+ May be required to work on other aircraft equipment as trained and authorised.
+ Communicate and interface with the customer.
+ Certify for all work completed under a company issued or airline issued authority in accordance with governing regulations.

+ Ensures staff comply with PAC and customer procedures.
+ Ensure resources, including tools and test equipment, are available to maintain customer contractual obligations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Execute and monitor inventory, cycle counting, packaging and shipping of inventory.
+ Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and tool care.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Management.
**Knowledge / Skill Requirements:**
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to understand wiring diagrams and other technical documentation

The role will see you working 10 hour shifts, both am and pm, with responsibilities that include;
+ Ensure all aircraft maintenance, documentation and certification is carried out and completed in line with the MOE, procedures manuals and responsible CAMO requirements
+ Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position
+ Perform, implement and maintain any required shift / task handovers
+ Ensure Critical Maintenance Tasks are completed with applicable control procedure prior to issue of a CRS

+ Experienced LAME B1, B2 or dual licensed
+ Dash 8 (DHC-8) Classic Type Rating
+ Heavy and line maintenance experience
