What We're Looking For
The Director – Software Delivery & Assurance is a senior leadership position within the Technology function, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering. This role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of software delivery and quality assurance across the organisation. The Director ensures alignment between delivery execution and business strategy, promoting excellence in agile practices, predictable delivery, and world-class quality standards.
About The Role
The role oversees a network of Chapter Leads and their chapters, including Delivery and Quality Engineering, providing leadership, direction, and support across all aspects of agile delivery and test engineering. The ideal candidate will bring deep delivery expertise, a coaching mindset, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels to continuously improve delivery health and quality across the product and platform engineering landscape.
- Agile Delivery Mastery: Expert in Agile delivery models including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, with experience scaling delivery across large organizations.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to define and communicate strategic direction for delivery and QA, aligning execution with business goals.
- Quality Engineering Expertise: Deep understanding of automation frameworks, test strategies, and quality metrics; ability to champion “test early, test often” practices.
- Organisational Coaching: Skilled in mentoring and developing leaders and teams through coaching, feedback, and empowerment.
- Governance & Metrics: Experience establishing delivery KPIs, tracking performance, and running delivery governance at a portfolio level.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Able to influence senior stakeholders and navigate across cross-functional teams to align priorities and remove delivery roadblocks.
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 8+ years' experience in agile delivery, program management, or quality assurance roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions. You will possess skills such as:
- Proven track record of managing multiple agile delivery teams and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery in fast-paced tech environments.
- Experience building and leading delivery and QA chapters, with demonstrated success in coaching senior practitioners.
- Strong knowledge of agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, CI/CD dashboards).
- SaaS product experience and/or background in high-availability, customer-facing platforms preferred.
- Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and strong delivery reporting practices.

Advisors Program Management is an execution-oriented client facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by:

As a Managing Consultant you will manage a portfolio of projects that support a strategy, a strategic change or initiative with significant impact on the organization. You will manage complexity and inherent risks across a wide range of business areas, where there are strong interdependencies and shared resources, and you will manage benefits from their initial identification and definition through to the eventual realization and achievement of measurable improvements.
This is a position requires excellent project management leadership and senior stakeholder management as well as the ability to manage (3rd party) teams are needed in this role and needs to be combined with a solid understanding of service management processes.

All About Your Education & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable.
- Senior Financial Service Marketing experience desirable
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum and/or waterfall project management, able to manage complex projects in the financial services industry
- Exposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or merchants preferred
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred

Are you and experienced project coordinator looking for an excellent opportunity located in Penrose (Hybrid). Working within the health sector you will be assisting a busy project manager and team.
Starting asap this role is full time hours and will keep you busy for the next 6-8 weeks (possibly longer)
Duties include:
- Assisting with confirming meetings, setting agenda’s and taking minutes and reporting/governance
- Keep project files and documentation up to date
- Document management - including ensuring documents are safely and correctly stored
- Assisting with administration of sub-projects
- Liaising with internal and external staff as required
- Assisting with business case preparation
- Other adhoc duties
To be considered you will have
- Strong administration experience and flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
- Experience working in project coordination roles - for large/complex organisations an advantage
- Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems as required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines as required.
