Our Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a Project Manager to successfully support and deliver capital projects for Goodman Fielder's Meadow Fresh site in Christchurch.
You will have responsibility for the procurement, design, construction and commissioning of new UHT production capacity ensuring the implementation of new high quality, high performing production lines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivery and management of complete contract scope including on time, on budget, and exceeding minimum quality requirements
- Minimise business interruption and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure successful delivery
- Provide regular reports to Stakeholders through written reports and Site Project Meetings
- Holding contractors to account to meet business requirements for OEE, reliability and production throughput
Note: This is a fixed-term role for the duration of 12 months. There is a potential for extension based on project approvals.
About You
In order to make this role a success we are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has a track record of delivering projects in the Dairy (preferable) or Food manufacturing industries.
Other experience, qualifications and skillsets we're looking for, include:
- Qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Process or Mechanical)
- Project organisation, cost estimation & schedule development including scope of work & technical specifications
- Hygienic design experience, Safety in Design and HAZOP workshop experience
- Experience with change management, design management, and an understanding of contract management principles
- Capability with AutoCAD for 2D layouts is preferred

This 12-month full-time fixed term contract position will provide marketing support to the General Manager and Marketing Managers. You will work closely with the GM to drive and implement strategic initiatives including the development of a process to monitor 'must wins'. **About You**

Are you and experienced project coordinator looking for an excellent opportunity located in Penrose (Hybrid). Working within the health sector you will be assisting a busy project manager and team.
Starting asap this role is full time hours and will keep you busy for the next 6-8 weeks (possibly longer)
Duties include:
- Assisting with confirming meetings, setting agenda’s and taking minutes and reporting/governance
- Keep project files and documentation up to date
- Document management - including ensuring documents are safely and correctly stored
- Assisting with administration of sub-projects
- Liaising with internal and external staff as required
- Assisting with business case preparation
- Other adhoc duties
To be considered you will have
- Strong administration experience and flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
- Experience working in project coordination roles - for large/complex organisations an advantage
- Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems as required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines as required.
