We are a fast-growing Korean fried chicken fast food chain based in Auckland, p roviding delicious fried chicken to all our customers. We pride ourselves on our high standards of quality & service, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated supervisor to join our team.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant. You will lead a team of staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory and staff schedules, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both the customers and employees.
Job Requirements: To be considered for this position, the ideal applicant should meet one of the following criteria:
1. Have at least 1 year of experience in the restaurant or/and food industry; or
2. Hold at least a NZ Register Level 2 or 3 qualification in business or another relevant qualification.
Job Duties: The job duties for this Supervisor position include
- Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
- Responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
- Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances
- Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
- Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
- Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
- Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
Additional Qualities: The ideal candidate should possess a positive and active attitude as a fast-food manager.
Flexibility with time is another great quality as the supervisor may have to fill in the times for staff who are away due to sickness or annual leave, etc.
Proficiency in English will be required for an efficient communication with team members.

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for our service station in Mangawhai Heads. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, high energy, and a passion for customer service. An experienced person who can take charge of the daily operations of the business and provide leadership to the team in absence of Manager
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage daily operations of the store including serving barista coffee
- Ability to cope well under pressure and problem solve
- Order stock from our sales representatives and have a good working relationship with them
- Manage stock levels and pricing in the system and forecast changes in demand
- Ensure stock is well presented on the shop shelves and priced accurately
- Maximize profitability for the business through promotional activities and managing promotions weekly

- Monitor staff performance, training and overseeing new staff

What you bring to the role:
- At least one year Experience in a retail setting. Service station experience will be an advantage.
- Clear NZ criminal check and drug free (drug test may be required)
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays and varying store opening hours through out the year
- A full clean driver's licence
