Techcareplus provide mobile computer support across the greater Canterbury Region. We currently have an opening for a Store Manager Position to become part of our professional and friendly team of Techcareplus.
We have strong growth plans for 2025 and for coming years so for that we require a Store manager
Techcareplus prides itself on delivering superb customer service, so our friendly technicians have outstanding communication skills and enjoy building a rapport with customers. A fluent command of the English language is necessary .
What you will be doing:
· Oversees all store operations, including including inventory management and loss prevention
· Lead and motivate a small team of Techcareplus to deliver outstanding customer experiences
· Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries and complaints
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
· Ensures store maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation
· Manage staff schedules, training and performance reviews
· Using your excellent computer skills for newsletter, social and website
· Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
What we are looking for
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff and management
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer focused environment

We are on the lookout for sales superstars in **Christchurch/North Canterbury/Lincoln/Rolleston, etc.** to come and work with us as a Merchandiser in our sales team during the holidays, supporting the business as we head into our busy **Christmas/New Year** season and with possibility of extending until **Easter or on a longer term** .
We partner with our retail customers to deliver fantastic in-store execution - requires getting your hands dirty as you build displays and stock shelves! But along the way you'll gain fantastic exposure to the business and the FMCG industry with great training and support from our passionate team. This will be a marvelous addition to your CV and the references could be that point of difference specially if you are at the early stages of your career.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate great communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and tasks. You'll need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment so being proactive and agile are key requirements for this role.
You need to be available from **Mid November through Christma** **s** **_/_** **New Year** period and then also could potentially lead into **Seasonal work over the Easter** period. Typically, you'll be required to start **early mornings** , potentially **some weekend** work **.** You will need a **reliable transport, car insurance, and a full driver's license** as a requirement.
