**The qualities that help you thrive**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering with 12+ years' hands-on Transmission Line design experience from feasibility to detailed design.
+ Proven experience as a design manager or lead engineer in NZ and/or Australia.
+ Strong mentoring, problem-solving and people development skills.
+ Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with hybrid teams across multiple locations.
+ Established client relationships within New Zealand and/or Australia.
