The Role:
Due to continued business expansion, they are currently seeking a switched-on Legal Administration Coordinator  to join their Avondale based Legal Processing team. This is a varied and busy role where you’ll support the smooth running of legal processes from end to end.

You will be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, managing case records, liaising with the courts, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will also handle client communication, digital serving of documents, and play an important part in improving and streamlining internal processes.

While prior legal administration experience would be an advantage, it is not essential. What matters most is your strong administration skills, ability to follow structured processes, and eagerness to learn. Full training will be provided.

The Role in more detail:

  • Prepare and file legal documents, claim documents, affidavits, and other relevant legal correspondence.

  • Liaise with solicitors, court officers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate legal activities.

  • Serve documents digitally and manage document flow efficiently.

  • Ensure all work complies with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Keep accurate case records, customer communications, and supporting documentation.

  • Stay informed of changes in debt recovery legislation and best practices.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the legal processing team.

Ideal to have!

  • Previous experience in debt collection and/or legal administration

  • Knowledge of legal administration processes

  • Enthusiasm to grow with a company and over time assume a more senior role in the team.

Estamos en busqueda de un Gerente de Recursos Humanos con experiencia en Minería para liderar la estrategia de RH de la organización, asegurando el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales, promoviendo una cultura organizacional sólida y facilitando procesos eficientes en reclutamiento, desarrollo, relaciones laborales, administración de personal y seguridad industrial

Responsabilidades 

Diseñar e implementar políticas de Recursos Humanos alineadas a la estrategia organizacional.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral y sindical vigente, incluyendo auditorías y relaciones con entes reguladores.

Supervisar procesos de selección, contratación, inducción, capacitación y desarrollo del personal.

Administrar compensaciones, beneficios y estructuras salariales de manera equitativa y competitiva.

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para fortalecer el clima laboral, la comunicación interna y la retención de talento.

Asesorar a la gerencia en temas de relaciones laborales, conflictos, sanciones y desvinculaciones.

Gestionar procesos administrativos del área: control de asistencia, vacaciones, licencias, nómina, contratos, entre otros.

RequirementsTítulo profesional en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Derecho, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, 5 de ellos en el sector minero  Conocimiento profundo de legislación laboral local y convenios colectivos.Experiencia comprobada en gestión administrativa de personal y relaciones laborales.Habilidades de liderazgo, negociación, comunicación efectiva y resolución de conflictos.Manejo de sistemas de gestión de RRHH y herramientasInglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable).Disponibilidad para viajar o residir en zonas operativas/mineras según se requiera.
